Returns & Refunds

Because each piece is made-to-order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds except where an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a short description of the issue so we can help. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you'll need to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect (see below) and return the item to us. Items should be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all protective packaging included unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If an order arrives damaged or defective, please keep all packaging and take clear photographs of the item, the parcel, and any visible damage before contacting us. This evidence is required to process your claim and helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Once we've reviewed your photographs and received the returned item, approved refunds or replacements will be processed using the original payment method or as a replacement shipment, depending on availability.
