Printing & Framing
For best results, choose a size that suits the viewing distance and the amount of negative space around the work. If you are unsure, we recommend starting with the room and the intended location, then selecting the print scale. Lighting matters as well: matte materials hold up beautifully in bright or window-lit rooms where glare can be a concern, while high-gloss finishes reveal their richest color in spaces with controlled or directional lighting.

Choosing a Material
William Turner Paper — A heavyweight, 100% cotton matte paper with a soft, painterly texture and rich tonal depth, both archival and museum grade. Because it is a fine art paper, it is best displayed framed behind glazing to protect it from dust, moisture, and handling. Keep it out of direct sunlight and avoid high-humidity rooms to preserve its depth over time. Paper prints are supplied unframed and without mounting hardware, so they can be framed to your preference.
Canvas — A classic woven canvas with a subtle natural texture, well suited to a gallery-style presentation and typically displayed unframed or in a floater frame. It arrives with a riser bar or metal hooks for easy mounting. Dust gently with a dry, soft cloth, avoid liquids or cleaners, and keep it away from direct sun and damp environments, which can affect tension in the weave.
Brushed Aluminum — Your image infused directly into the metal, with a luminous sheen and exceptional durability. Highly resistant to moisture and fading, it suits brighter and higher-humidity spaces well and arrives ready to hang with a riser bar or metal hooks and no glazing required. Clean with a soft, lint-free cloth and handle by the edges, as the surface can show fingerprints.
Dibond — A rigid aluminum composite with a smooth matte finish that is lightweight, modern, and built to last. Its non-reflective surface makes it an excellent choice for brightly lit or glare-prone rooms, and it arrives ready to hang with a riser bar or metal hooks. It resists warping and moisture; clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners.
Acrylic — A face-mounted acrylic with a high-gloss finish that delivers vivid color, depth, and a premium contemporary look. It arrives ready to hang with a riser bar or metal hooks. For best effect, position it away from direct windows or strong light sources, where reflections can compete with the image. Clean only with a plastic-safe or anti-static cleaner and a microfiber cloth; never use ammonia-based glass cleaners or paper towels, which can scratch or cloud the surface.
Framing & Care Notes
Framing recommendations are provided as general guidance. For paper works, use archival materials, a clean mat, and UV-protective glazing wherever possible to help preserve the work over time. Canvas, metal, Dibond, and acrylic pieces arrive ready to display with a riser bar or metal hooks and need no additional glazing.
Professional framing or mounting is recommended for large pieces or works that will hang in bright rooms, high-traffic areas, or spaces with changing humidity. In all cases, keep artwork out of prolonged direct sunlight to protect color and longevity.
